I know you have questioned whatever it is we have. But I know what I feel. I feel safe, happy, calm, peaceful and love. It isnt the I'm crazy about you and want to scream it from the roof tops love. It wasn't forced by anyone it just happened. It's the knowing I'll never be alone in anything I do for the rest of my life love. It's the love that I don't tread coming home. It's the I count the minutes until I can see you again even if we are just smoking, watching movies or listening to music love. It's the I never want to leave your side. I want to be the light in the dark. The boat that saves you win you feel like your drowning. The voice of reason in the chaos in this world. The I accept everything about you. The good and the bad. The way you make your dorky noises that bring a smile to my face every time I see you. I wanna be the person who you buy a house with. Have a family with. Build our future together. I want to be the person that cooks all your dinners and cleans up your mess. The person who watches you make music and listens to the newest beat. The person who pushes you to be more than you are and to all that you can be. I want to be your rock. I want to share the rest of our lives experiences with you. I want to be your person. I want to that person. I want to be the one.

Breakfast Casserole

1 pckg croutons
12 eggs
2 C. of milk
2.5 C. of shredded cheese
1 pckg of bacon
1 pckg of sausage
1/4 C. Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325°

1. In medium sized pan brown sausage and bacon over medium heat. Crumble bacon and set both aside.

2. In large bowl mix eggs, milk and 1/2 C. of cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Pour croutons into the bottom of 9x13" pan. Melt butter in microwave (about 30 seconds) and pour over croutons. Sprinkle 1.5 C. cheese over croutons.

4. Mix sausage into egg and milk mixture and pour over the croutons.

5. Sprinkle crumbled up bacon and remainder of the cheese on top.

6. Bake on 325° for 40-60 minutes. Or until eggs are thoroughly cooked.

Note: The casserole may appear to be runny even if it is finished. The runny part is the milk. It is safe to eat.

Vanilla Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ready made Pie Crust
1 Can of Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 Cheesecake Filling Tub (its the already made cheesecake filling in the refrigerated section)
1 Tub of Whipped Cream

Layer 1:
Mix 1/2 the can of pumpkin and 1/2 the tub of cheesecake filling and put in crust.

Layer 2:
Mix 1/2 the cheesecake filling and vanilla (to taste) and put on top of pumpkin/cheesecake mixture.

Layer 3:
Place whipped cream on top layer and sprinkle cinnamon to top it off.

Cool in refrigerator and serve.

Pumpkin Bread
3 1/3 C. Flour
3 C. Sugar
1 T. Cinnamon
1 T. Nutmeg
1/2 t. Ginger
2 t. Salt
2 t. Baking Soda
4 Eggs
1 C. Canola Oil
2/3 C. Water
1 Can of Pumpkin

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add in eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin. Pour into well greased pan and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!!

Mint Chocolate
1 Package White Chocolate morsels
1 bag of peppermints

Melt white chocolate morsels in your desired manner. (Microwave or stove-top)Crush peppermints inside bag. Sift peppermint into white chocolate and continue melting. Once completely melted pour onto wax paper and press all peppermint that did not sift into the chocolate. Refrigerate and break apart. Place in bowl and serve.

Old Fashioned Pancakes
1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. white sugar
1 1/4 C milk
1 egg
3 Tbs. butter, melted

Add all ingredients in medium sized bowl. Pour onto a greased (if needed) pan or skillet over a medium heat. When bubbles begin to appear all over up side of pancake flip it. Then continue to flip until both sides are golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite topping!

Key West Key Lime Pie
Ingredients for pie filling:
4 egg yolks
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 C. lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat the 4 egg yolks together. Add your condensed milk and lime juice. Beat the mixture until it becomes thick and then pour it into a baked pie shell.

Ingredients for pie topping:
4 egg whites
6 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg whites and then blend in sugar and cream of tartar. Beat the mixture until it is stiff and peaks form. Place on top of pie filling and bake until top is golden brown. (roughly 25 minutes)

****When you are separating the egg yolk from the egg white make neither gets into the other. The pie filling will not be affected so much but if there is any egg yolk in the egg whites the topping will not form correctly. The easiest way is to break egg in half and sift back and forth between the shells until the yolk falls off. Or you can use a strainer****

Ty's Bbq Chicken
What you'll need:
Aluminum Foil (non-stick if desired)
Non- stick spray (if needed)
13x9 inch pan
Chicken w/ skin (your choice)
Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq sauce
Mandarin Oranges ( 2 cans)
2 Jazz Apples

Preheat oven to 350 F
Line pan with foil and spray if needed
Open bbq sauce and spread on bottom of pan
Squeeze bbq sauce into hands and cover the chicken making sure to insert fingers in between the chicken and the skin.
Place chicken into the pan.
Wash hands
Open cans of Mandarin Oranges into bowl and pour half of the juice onto and around the chicken. Place some oranges between the chicken and the skin.
Place remaining oranges and juice in the refrigerator.
Slice apples and place between chicken and skin as well as around and on top of the chicken.
Bake at 350
Every 30 minutes check and pour more bbq on chicken until cooked.
Once fully cooked let cool and serve with Mandarin Oranges as a side.

Grandma Fennell's Pecan Pie

3 eggs
3/4 C. of sugar
3/4 C. of Karo syrup
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 C. of pecans
1 Uncooked Pie Crust
In a large mix eggs, sugar, Karo syrup and vanilla. Add pecans after mixing. Place crust  into a well greased pan. Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. The best way to tell the pecan pie has finished is to check on it and when the pecan topping of the pie begins to split.
*Follow the directions exactly as far as ingredients or you could end up with a runny pecan pie.

Coke Cake
1 Box Chocolate cake
1 12oz bottle of coke (or diet coke)
1 Large tub of Cool Whip
2 boxes of instant choclate pudding

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix cake mix and 12 oz coke (or diet coke) until smooth. Place in well sprayed pan. Cook for 30-34 minutes. Let cake completely cool. In medium sized bowl mix pudding as instructed. Once completely cooled, cut cake. In a large bowl make one layer cake. Pour chocolate pudding on top. Place Cool on top of that. and repeat this process until all ingredients are gone. Chill for 15-20 minutes and serve. This is a great low calorie dessert!
