Breakfast Casserole

1 pckg croutons
12 eggs
2 C. of milk
2.5 C. of shredded cheese
1 pckg of bacon
1 pckg of sausage
1/4 C. Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325°

1. In medium sized pan brown sausage and bacon over medium heat. Crumble bacon and set both aside.

2. In large bowl mix eggs, milk and 1/2 C. of cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Pour croutons into the bottom of 9x13" pan. Melt butter in microwave (about 30 seconds) and pour over croutons. Sprinkle 1.5 C. cheese over croutons.

4. Mix sausage into egg and milk mixture and pour over the croutons.

5. Sprinkle crumbled up bacon and remainder of the cheese on top.

6. Bake on 325° for 40-60 minutes. Or until eggs are thoroughly cooked.

Note: The casserole may appear to be runny even if it is finished. The runny part is the milk. It is safe to eat.
